Unwyze Privacy Policy

Unwyze values your privacy. As you use Unwyze, you may provide it with your personal information, such as your sex and body measurements. This data is sent to your scale over Bluetooth to calculate your health metrics. The software on your scale is not under the control of Unwyze but all attempts are made to clear your data from the scale as soon as your reading has been taken. Unwyze itself does not transmit any data over the internet and it is strongly believed that the scale does not have the capability to do so either.

You may choose to share your metrics with the Health app. Once you do so, your data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. This is an optional feature and it is not required to link Unwyze with the Health app.

If you have opted in to sharing analytics with third party developers, Unwyze will receive data such as crash reports and performance numbers from Apple based on your usage of the app. You can consult how this data is processed by checking Apple’s policy for these analytics.
